Our client, a fanstastic housing assocation based in London is seeking experienced Electrical Engineers to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis.
There are two roles available, one covering Westminster and another covering Waltham Forest. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified electrician looking for a stable, long-term role with great benefits.

• \nContract: Temp to Perm

• \nSalary: £40,000 per year + overtime and incentives
\n
• \nHours: 42.5 per week, Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
\n
• \nExtras: Van and fuel card provided
\n

Locations Available:
Westminster – Covering SW1, W1, NW1, W2
Waltham Forest – Covering E17, E10, E11, E4, plus Hackney
Your Role:

\n
• Carry out electrical maintenance and repairs in residential properties.
\n
• Perform fault-finding, testing, and inspections.
\n
• Ensure compliance with 18th Edition wiring regulations.
\n
• Work independently with a company-provided van and fuel card.
\n
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and internal teams.
\n

What We’re Looking For:

\n
• \nCity & Guilds NVQ Level 2 (Level 3 desirable).
\n
• \n18th Edition qualification (mandatory).
\n
• \n2391 Testing & Inspection (desirable).
\n
• \nFull UK Driving Licence.
\n
• \nExperience in residential electrical repairs and maintenance.
\n
