The Role:

• Covering 4�sites, all supermarkets


• PPM, servicing and repairs on Electrical and Mechanical�Systems across the site including AHU's, Lighting and HVAC equipment.


• Support other fabric tasks where required.


• Keep clients informed of project developments and maintain detailed records of activities.


• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism.


• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and uphold high standards of workmanship.


• Utilize IT systems to accurately record tasks and project-related information.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Level 3 Electrical Qualification


• Proven experience in facilities management, mobile maintenance, or construction.


• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in IT systems.


• Passion for delivering outstanding service and maintaining a safe working environment.
