We are a dynamic M&E Contractor based in Northampton, specializing in commercial, industrial, and education sectors, and we're looking for an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our growing team. If you have a passion for estimating and a track record of working on projects up to �5m, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate estimates for electrical projects in commercial, industrial, and educational sectors.


• Review and interpret specifications, drawings, and tender documents.


• Price materials, labor, and equipment for projects up to �2m.


• Work closely with the project management and procurement teams to ensure accurate project costing.


• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.


• Assist in the preparation of tender submissions, ensuring all deadlines are met.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator within the M&E industry.


• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and estimating processes for commercial, industrial, and education sectors.


• Ability to work on projects up to �2m in value.


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.


• Familiarity with estimating software and MS Office.
