Electrical Estimator

• A reputable Leeds based D&B M&E contractor (T/O c�10m) with a long trading history, who provide Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Design and Installation Service to the Industrial, Commercial, Retail, Leisure, Private and Public sectors.


• Clients worked with include Rolls Royce, Ministry of Defence, HSBC, Dupont, Carlsberg and many other blue chip companies as well as the public sector.


• Typical projects range in value between �500k�and �4m (M&E value).�

The Role:

Pricing of electrical services installations predominantly�for pre-designed electrical services projects,

• Submit timely and accurate tenders


• Prepare detailed electrical estimates for pre-designed and full design and build projects valued up�to �4�million�M&E.


• Take off quantities from drawings and input information onto Extreme Estimating System


• Work to tight deadlines and manage own workload


• Liaise with clients�regarding quotations to answer any queries

The Person:

• Electrical related qualifications


• Experience of�pricing commercial electrical installations / projects�to c�2M�Electrical


• Must be commercially focused


• Ability to liaise with clients and consultants to provide proposals


• Good understanding of IT skills (estimating systems, Excel, Word and Microsoft Project)

The Salary:

• Salary negotiable up to c55�k depending on experience


• Vehicle or car allowance�of �5k


• Up to 25 days�annual leave plus statutory Bank Holidays


• Company pension 3%/5%


• Mon - Thurs 9-5 / Fri 9-430
