Electrical Estimator

We're seeking an experienced and skilled Electrical Estimator to join our team and contribute to the success of our commercial/retail�projects.

What you'll do:

As an Electrical Estimator, you will be responsible for accurately assessing the costs associated with commercial electrical projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and other project documents.


• Preparing detailed and accurate electrical estimates, including material, labour, and equipment costs.


• Performing take-offs, identifying potential risks, and providing value engineering suggestions.


• Soliciting and evaluating vendor and subcontractor quotes.


• Preparing and submitting bid proposals.


• Maintaining a thorough understanding of current commercial electrical codes and industry standards.


• Collaborating effectively with project managers, engineers, and other team members.

What you'll bring to the table:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator, preferably within the commercial or retail�sector.


• A strong understanding of commercial electrical systems, materials, and installation practices.


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.


• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.


• Proficiency in using estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
