A leading designer and manufacturer of special purpose machinery serving a global client base across a range of industries is actively seeking an experienced Electrical Fitter and a Panel Wirer to join their expanding in-house Manufacturing Team.
Their site in Bedford is easily reached by the A6 and A421 has ample free parking on-site.
This is an exciting time to be joining them as they are continuing to expand their core product ranges, integrating technological developments, and the development of bespoke solutions to meet specific customer needs means that your work will be interesting and varied.
As an Electrical Fitter Assembler or Panel Wirer you will be given full training across all areas of manufacturing and assembly on the shop floor so that in time you will learn new skills and be comfortable moving around. This will not just involve sitting at a bench making the same subassembly day after day.
In return they are able to offer flexible start and finish times, with earliest of 06:30 and latest 17:00, with core hours of 9:00-15:30 Mon-Thu, and an early finish on Fridays doing 09:00-13:00 Fri.
You will be contracted 39 hours per week, with overtime paid at 1.5x (�24 per hour), with others in the team typically doing 6-10 hours per week, whereas others don't do any. Earnings potential as examples:
