Electrical Fitter

Electrical Fitter required for a well-established specialist supplier of hydraulic and Electric Submersible Pumps. The successful Candidate will be undertaking Electrical Fitting, Maintenance and Testing responsibilities on a range of Diesel Pumps and Diesel Engines.

Electrical Fitter Position Overview

• Working on Electrical systems in the company workshop
• Fault find, diagnosis and repair on a range of electrical equipment concerning Pumps, Valves and Engines
• Service and maintenance work on 3 phase power systems
• Disassembly and refitting of electrical components
• Fitting and testing of electrical components

Electrical Fitter Position Requirements

• Ideally qualified to HNC level in Electrical Engineering
• 18th Edition wiring regulations
• Experience fitting a range of Electrical components to Engines, Pumps and / or Plant equipment
• Time served apprenticeship would be advantageous
• Full driving licence
• Based within a commutable distance of Peterlee

Electrical Fitter Position Remuneration

• �16.39 per hour
• Full time, 39-hour week
• Monday to Thursday 8:00 - 16:30 Friday 8:00 - 15:30
• Overtime Available
• 33 Days holiday including public holidays
• Pension
