Foot Mobile Electrical Engineer Required – FM Contractor – Shifts – London – Up to £48K + Package



Invision are currently recruiting for a Facilities Management Contractor who are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer.



You will be working in Commercial Buildings between Shoreditch and Broadgate on PPM & Reactive Maintenance occasionally in live environments.  



The Company:



This multi-disciplined practice has over 35 years' experience providing exceptional facilities management services to healthcare organisations across the UK. They have a long and rich history in offering some of the most innovative building and construction services on the market to a variety of private and public sector clients. They are now looking for an Electrical Engineer to oversee electrical contracts.



The Role:




  • Main point of contact between the M&E team and the client, also providing technical advice to colleagues.

  • Carrying out risk assessments.

  • Verifying inspection and testing results.

  • Responsible for the completion of works to industry standards.



Key Information:




  • 4 on 4 off, 6 on 6 off shift pattern

  • Overtime Available – Time and a Half outside of hours – double money on Sundays

  • Weekend Work Available



Experience/Qualifications:




  • Two years' experience working in the commercial sector

  • Level 3 City & Guilds

  • Able to carry out in depth fault finding on complex mechanical systems

  • A City and Guilds of London Institute Certificate in Electrical Engineering, maintenance, installation or equivalent.

  • Fit & able to work foot mobile
