Climb Recruitment are proud to be working with a leading, worldwide supplying manufacturing company who due to continued growth, are looking for a talented Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join the team at their Irvine site.�
Duties & Responsibilities
Produce documentary evidence and carry out scheduled maintenance of plant and equipment in accordance with� schedule and legislative requirements ensuring that� maintenance data records are accurately and promptly updated
Respond to machine and plant equipment breakdowns, carry out the necessary repairs and report cause of breakdown
Provide evidence of plant and equipment breakdown� occurrences coupled with documented improvement� recommendations�
A systematic and methodical approach to work organization is required to ensure that our housekeeping standard is maintained in accordance with Company requirements providing visible evidence of compliance
Competencies
Ability to communicate effectively and work with minimum supervision�
Multi skilled�
Good fault finding and problem-solving skills�
Knowledge in MS office and other applications
A good understanding and a proactive approach to Health, Safety and Environmental is essential
Accountabilities & Performance Measures
Plant and equipment breakdowns are addressed in line with company standards�
Planned maintenance schedules are adhered to and timeframes met
Role Requirements
Electrical knowledge and a Mechanical bias�
Traditional apprenticeship coupled with appropriate technical� qualifications; City & Guilds /ONC/HNC in Electrical Maintenance�
Machine tools and CNC controls experience
IEE Regulation 18th edition certified advantageous
Working Hours and Salary
Salary Range - �32,000 to �33,000 depending on experience
Day Shifts - Monday to Thursday - 7.30am to 4.30pm & Fridays 7.30am to 12.30pm
