About the Role:
Your role will be mobile, covering various sites within the Edinburgh area. Carrying out all Electrical PPM and reactive maintenance across the contracts.
Responsibilities:
Carrying out all PPM and reactive maintenance within commercial premises- ensuring all works are carried out within agreed SLA's.
Carrying out repairs and attending breakdowns within commercial premises- which will include providing a call-out response to be carried out within agreed SLA's.
Diagnose faults and rectify these issues where possible.
Ensure that all contractors are monitored on behalf of the client and that work is carried out correctly.
Working in a client/customer-facing environment, ensuring you remain professional at all times.
Take a proactive approach to working in partnership with the client to ensure all concerns are dealt with promptly.
Ensure all paperwork is kept up to date and submitted weekly.
Qualifications:
City & Guilds/ SVQ Level 3 Certificate in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
City & Guilds BS7671 18th Edition.
Experience of carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance.
You will ideally have existing experience within a busy, FM environment.
Full driving UK license (6 points maximum).
Happy to complete Disclosure Scotland.
Required Skills:
Experience of carrying out Electrical PPM and reactive maintenance.
Preferred Skills:
Existing experience within a busy, FM environment.
Pay range and compensation package:
Up to £40,000 per annum.
Van & Fuel Card.
Phone/PDA.
Holidays 32 days.
Company Pension.
Training and Development - huge potential for continued growth.
On-call.
Opportunity to work overtime.
