Electrical Maintenance Engineer

As the Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will provide support for the maintenance, repair, installation and commissioning on factory equipment. Main responsibilities:Maintain and repair factory equipmentConduct wiring and fault finding in panels and SCADA systemsCarry out preventative maintenance routinesPerform boiler safety tests in line with UK Health, Safety and Environment requirementsKeep engineering records up to dateLiaise with engineering contractors and suppliers You will need:3+ years experience working within an Engineering Team in a FMCG manufacturerApprenticeship in Electrical Engineering or equivalent18th Edition Electrical Training In return for this, you will receive a base salary of up to £43,600, and with overtime salary expectations can look up to £47,600. Alongside this, there are some great benefits such as 26 days of holiday plus bank holidays, an attendance bonus, and a brilliant company pension contribution. There will be some overtime required to complete breakdowns or maintenance routines before production runs, including Saturday mornings. There is a call-out rota for occasional out-of-hour breakdowns (call out pay and mileage is covered). Overtime is paid at 1.5x the hourly rate for Saturday mornings and 2x the hourly rate on Saturday afternoons.
