Job Opportunity: Commercial Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)
Location: Central London or West London (Static role)
Salary: �46,000- 52,000 per year

Are you a skilled Maintenance Engineer with a strong electrical background and a bit of mechanical experience? We're looking for a versatile professional to join our team and take on a static position in Central London or West London n. If you enjoy working independently, solving technical problems, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems.
  • Emergency light testings
  • PPM's
  • Conduct minor mechanical and/ or fabric maintenance tasks.
  • repair faults efficiently.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, delivering excellent service.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in electrical maintenance (essential).
  • 18th Edition (essential)
  • Level 3 City and Guilds or NVQ Electrical(essential)
  • Low voltage or high voltage (preferable)
  • 4 years experience in maintenance in commerical buildings.
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical or fabric systems..
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
