Electrical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Grays, Essex - Up to £40,000 per annum + Shift AllowanceExciting opportunity to work for a leading FM service provider situated in Grays, Essex. I am currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a static role in Grays in Essex.
The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer with C&G / NVQ level 2 & 3 and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
He or she will be required to carry out M&E/Fabric planned and reactive maintenance in a team of 3 on an estate responsible for all the landlord services. Working with the maintenance team on site, you will be required have an
understanding/hands on experience of the below. In return the company are offering a competitive salary, overtime and career progression.
\n- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)
\n- Emergency lighting & Fire Alarm Test's
\n- Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
\n- Chillers - Re-set
\n- Pumps, Motors
\n- Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
\n- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, changing taps, seals etc
\n- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
\n- UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings
\n- General building fabric
\n- Escort sub contractors

Hours of workContinental DAY shift - Eariles (06.00am to 18.00) Lates (09.00 to 21.00)

Requirements\n- Electrically Qualified - You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
