CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in Romford, East London carrying out planned and reactive building maintenance within a large commercial building. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Electrical building maintenance.
This position would be ideal for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return, the company are offering a competitive salary of £43,925.09 with a potential route into further career progression.
Key duties & Responsibilities

\n
• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
\n
• Emergency lighting tests
\n
• Control Panels
\n
• Changing Ballast
\n
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
\n
• Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
\n
• Maintain and update Log books
\n
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
\n
• Pumps, motors
\n
• Water Treatment
\n

 
Hours of Work & Package 

\n
• Monday to Friday - 08:00 am – 17:00 pm
\n
• Basic Salary of £43,925.09
\n
• On Call retainer of £#####
\n
• Bonus' for any AP Duties completed £500 per duty
\n
• Call out 1 in 6 on Call week Mon-Sun (rest day Thurs and Friday)
\n
• 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
\n
• Full company uniform
\n

 
Requirements

\n
• Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3 (Essential)
\n
• City & Guilds - 18th Edition (Essential)
\n
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
\n
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
\n
• Multi-skilled
\n
• Good communication skills
\n
• Client Facing
\n
