An exciting opportunity for a Mobile engineer to join an established Building Services company based across parts of North London, covering the N and NW postcode area.
CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a mobile electrical engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a retail contract based in N and NW postcodes. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
This position would be ideal for a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary up to £44,000 with a potential route into further career progression.
Key duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
\n
• Emergency lighting tests
\n
• Control Panels
\n
• Changing Ballast
\n
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
\n
• Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
\n
• Maintain and update Log books
\n

Hours of Work & Package Information

\n
• Basic Salary of up to £44,000
\n
• 1 in 4 Call Out Rota - £15 per Day standby allowance
\n
• Monday – Friday 08:00 am – 17:00pm
\n
• 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
\n
• Company Van & Fuel Card
\n
• Tablet & Work Phone Provided

• Full company uniform

Requirements

\n
• NVQ Level 3 Electrotechnical (Essential)
\n
• City & Guilds - 18th Edition (Essential)
\n
• Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3
\n
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
\n
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
\n
• Multi-skilled
\n
• Good communication skills
\n
