Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Coyle Personnel is seeking a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our Facilities Management team. You'll handle planned & reactive maintenance across commercial and education sites across Cambridge and Norfolk, covering electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform PPM & reactive maintenance on electrical systems, some boilers, HVAC, and plumbing


• Fault-find, test, and inspect building systems


• Carry out boiler checks, plumbing repairs, and small installations


• Ensure health & safety compliance and complete risk assessments


• Identify & order replacement parts


• Support Contract Managers & Supervisors

Requirements

• 18th Edition (BS 7671) & 2391 Inspection & Testing


• Experience in commercial building maintenance 


• Full UK driving licence (vehicle provided)
