Electrical Manager

Our client is looking for an Electrical Manager to join there growing team.

Job Overview:

The Electrical Manager will have responsibility for all operational activity within the electrical arm of the business, reporting to the General Manager.

The Electrical Manager will need to oversee the activity of the Electrical and Solar functions of the business and assist with problem solving, programming of work schedules, and planning future business activity. You will support the General Manager, Operations Manager and the Senior Management Team with creating plans to improve systems and productivity.

The role will be responsible for the direct reports of: Electrician; Electrical Apprentice; Solar Lead Installer; Solar Installer.

The Electrical Manager will work closely with both the Operations Manager and General Manager, to ensure that efficient allocation of resources is implemented and achieved.

The role will act as a single point of contact for all electrical operational functions, reporting to the General Manager. This will include creating processes and plans to improve the efficiency of the operation, identify resource requirements.

* Electrical Audit Process

* Electrical Test Reports

* Identify and implement improvement plans to generate operational efficiencies
