Electrical Manufacturing Engineer

Our client, a leading organisation in the Defence & Security sector, is currently seeking a skilled Electrical Manufacturing Engineer for a contract role in Brighton.

• Due to the nature of the role, applicants must hold the British nationality and be willing to undergo basic security checks.
• 4-5 days per week onsite in Brighton.
• 6-9 month contract.
• Competitive rates, inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the technology transfer of cable harness preparation.
• Ensuring accurate and compliant processes in cable harness preparation.
• Providing structured and standardised knowledge transfer.
• Supporting the continuity and minimising disruptions to ongoing projects.
• Collaborating with internal teams to achieve project milestones on the project.
• Maintaining flexibility and cost-efficiency within project timelines.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in electrical manufacturing.
• Proficiency in cable harness preparation and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to manage technology transfer and ensure compliance with standards.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills for knowledge transfer processes.
• Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
