Electrical Motor Engineer required to work with a well established Engineering business in Doncaster who for over 40 years have been providing electrical and mechanical services working on motors, pumps, gearboxes and other machinery.�



The role will cover rewinding and repair of electrical AC and DC motors based in the workshop in Doncaster and you will ideally have a background working with electric motors and be confident in diagnosing issues, repair and testing.�



Having previously worked as an engineer, technician or fitter with electrical motors will be required to understand the core elements of the role.�



Key Responsibilities:�





  • Conduct inspections and accurately document motor winding specifications.�







  • Perform all tasks related to the rewinding of AC and DC motors, varying in size and type.�







  • Analyze motor failures, diagnose issues, and implement appropriate repair solutions.�







  • Test electric motors using advanced testing equipment to ensure optimal performance.�
