Electrical Project Manager – Data Centres

£90,000 + Travel + Package

Streamline Recruitment have partnered with a leading M&E contractor within Europe & London in sectors such as Commercial, Pharmaceutical and Data Centres and are looking to have an Electrical Project Manager to join the Data Centre division in London.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a well-established M&E contractor where you will be able to work on some of London’s most prestigious projects whilst being able to learn and progress further within your career.

Duties 

Reporting into a Senior PM/ Contracts Manager

Attendance of meetings on-site

Manage and oversee projects from start until completion, ensuring the work is completed on time

Overseeing technical submittals

Dealing with sub - contractors

Responsible for QA works for the Electrical packages.

Produce RAMS & Progress reports to report to the sub - contractor/client

Requirements

SMSTS/ ECS Black Card is needed.

Working for a M&E sub - contractor is preferred.

Has experience within commercial projects – Data Centres preferred.

Previous experience as a Electrical Project Manager required

Stable CV – 3 years minimum

Must have a good understanding of Data Centre or commercial project
