Are you an Electrical Project Manager or similar looking from an Industrial / Water background for a specialist role working on a varied Installation Projects for a rapidly expanding electrical company who offer full autonomy to make the role your own and to progress to senior roles?

This established company provide bespoke electrical design and installation services for clients across the commercial and industrial sectors. They have seen continual growth since their establishment in 2018 to the point that they have 9 employees and due to an ever-increasing workload are looking for an Electrical Project Manager to join their friendly team.

This varied role will see you taking the lead on a number of bespoke water treatment, distribution and infrastructure development projects for clients across the industrial sector. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing projects from enquiry to completion, managing project staff and budgets, developing detailed plans, and conducting site visits to address any potential issues. You will work closely with clients and senior leadership before ensuring all projects are executed effectively.

This varied role would suit a Project Manager looking for a technically challenging and exciting role where you will travel to a range of sites currently across Hampshire and West Sussex in a role offering progression, a car allowance, and the opportunity to develop your career alongside a fast-growing company.

The Role:

• Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00 (flexible)
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress
• Lead a team of contractors to deliver high-quality solutions
• Discuss project goals and objectives with clients and stakeholders
• Prepare and manage project budgets
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

The Person:

• Project Manager or similar
• Water or Industrial Project Background
• Full UK Driving License - happy to travel to sites across Hampshire and West Sussex
