We are a leading construction firm specialising in residential projects, committed to delivering high-quality results. We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical aspects of residential projects across various sites in London. Your duties will include:

• Managing electrical installations and ensuring compliance with safety standards.


• Developing and reviewing Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS).


• Coordinating with contractors and subcontractors on site.


• Developing project timelines and budgets.


• Conducting site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.


• Communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates.


• Reporting directly to senior management on project status.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager in residential projects.


• Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or project management.


• Strong knowledge of RAMS and experience in preparing them.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.


• Excellent communication skills, particularly in client interactions.


• Valid SSSTS or SMSTS certification.


• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.


• Proficiency in project management software.

Work Schedule:

The Electrical Project Manager will work from the office 1-2 days a week, with the remaining time spent visiting various sites in London.
