Electrical Project Manager - Small Works

Based in the Basildon area, the company are an established and well-respected M&E Building Services contractor who provide a full range of Mechanical and Electrical services from design through to installation and commissioning, predominantly operating within the Commercial and Office fit our sectors, and as a result of continued growth, an excellent opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Project Manager to join their small works division.

You will be responsible for managing several small commercial projects, predominantly�in London, with values up to �50k.

Electrical Project Manager - Duties & Responsibilities:

• Directly manage project development from start to finish, having responsibility and accountability for all aspects of the project


• Design review


• Procurement of plant, materials & labour


• Programming of works


• Cost Management


• Technical Submittals


• Co-ordination of direct staff and sub-contractors on site


• Reporting into the Managing Director and liaising with the client(s)


• Running numerous projects concurrently with values up to �50k

Remuneration Package:

�58k - �60k according to experience, plus Company Vehicle, Travel expenses, Quarterly Bonus, Pension, Phone and Laptop.
