Electrical Project Manager

A leading M&E Contractor is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to initially oversee and deliver a £8m high residential project consisting of part shell & core as well as apartment fit out.

Duties

• Reporting into the Operations Manager

• Attendance of meetings on-site

• Manage and oversee projects from start until completion, ensuring the work is completed on time

•  Dealing with sub - contractors

• QA works for the electrical packages

•  RAMS & Progress reports to report to the sub - contractor/client

• Overseeing electrical installation

On offer is a £75-85k salary plus package or circa £400 per day.
