Electrical Project Manager

Electrical Project Manager - Immediately Required.�

RCM�Ltd�are partnering with a privately owned, Building Services contractor located within the East Midlands. They specialise in MEP installations within the commercial, distribution/logistic, educational, residential and leisure sectors to name but a few.
We are looking to speak with�experienced Electrical�Project Managers and�Electrical Project Engineers�who would like the opportunity to work on Electrical projects from cradle to grave.�

As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for: � � � � � � � � � � ��

• MEP Installations & ensuring that they are completed to specification and high standards


• Managing the team to meet deadlines and ensure a successful handover


• Reporting into the�Director on a weekly basis


• Provide estimates for potential tender opportunites.


• Overlooking the project from inception through to handover


• Ensuring that materials are ordered and on site to limit delays to the MEP Installation / project�


• Managing direct staff and subcontractors�

As an Electrical�Project Manager, you will be required to have the following

• Previous experience in working for an MEP / Building Services Contractor, with some estimating experience


• NVQ in Mechanical Engineering or HNC / HND in Building Services Engineering�


• CSCS Card
