Electrical Project Manager

As the Electrical Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of electrical installations for commercial projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring all electrical systems comply with local codes and industry standards.

Electrical Project Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage electrical projects from conception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.


• Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.


• Prepare detailed electrical project plans, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.


• Coordinate with other construction managers and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.


• Provide technical expertise to resolve challenges that arise during project implementation.


• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure timely and within-budget completion.


• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications.


• Prepare and submit progress reports, change orders, and other necessary documentation.


• Mentor and supervise electrical team members and subcontractors.


• Ensure all safety protocols are followed and conduct safety meetings on-site.

Electrical Project Manager Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid ECS Card


• SMSTS�


• 5+ years of experience managing electrical projects, ideally in the commercial construction sector.


• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.


• Proven experience in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).


• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.


• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.


• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and project scheduling.


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
