Due to continued growth in our Edinburgh office, we are looking to hire a new Electrical Service Coordinator. This Co-ordinator Job Opportunity will see the successful candidate work out of our Edinburgh office in a permanent job role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Job Coordination: Manage incoming service requests and schedule work efficiently
• Client Communications: Handle service and update calls, liaise with clients, and maintain a positive client relationship
• Scheduling and Optimisation: Allocate jobs based on engineer skill set, availability, and location to maximise efficiency
• Project Tracking: Monitor job progress, ensure timely completion, and manage job costs
• Quoting and Documentation: Compile quotations, manage client rates, and handle purchase orders and invoices
