Duties

• Lighting upgrades/installs
• Emergency Light Testing
• Power Distribution Maintenance
• UPS Maintenance
• Generator Testing
• Crac Units
• HVAC maintenance
• Switchgears
• Panel maintenance
• General electrical and mechanical building services

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical
• 18th Edition
• HV AP (Desirable)
• Experience in electrical building services maintenance in a hospital/data centre or critical banking site
