Electrical Site Manager�Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager with a strong background in both domestic and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing electrical installations and site activities. Experience with a Tier 1 company is preferred. The Electrical Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing all on-site electrical works, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards, within budget, and on time.



Electrical Site Manager Key Responsibilities:




  • Site Management: Oversee and manage all on-site electrical works for both domestic and commercial projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and project timelines.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate on-site electrical teams, including subcontractors, to ensure efficient workflow and quality workmanship.

  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of electrical works with overall project objectives.

  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure that all electrical installations meet industry standards, project specifications, and client expectations.

  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all electrical works are carried out in strict adherence to health and safety regulations, conducting risk assessments and implementing safety measures as needed.

  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process, providing technical guidance and support to the on-site team.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all on-site activities, including progress reports, safety logs, and materials usage, ensuring all documentation is up to date and compliant with company policies.

  • Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients on-site, addressing any concerns or queries and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.



Electrical Site Manager Qualifications and Experience:




  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical site management, with a strong focus on domestic and commercial projects.

  • Proven track record of managing electrical works on-site, including team leadership and project coordination.

  • Experience working with a Tier 1 construction company is highly preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and relevant industry standards.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.

  • Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field.

  • Comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations in construction.



Additional Requirements:




  • Full UK driving license and the ability to travel to various sites as required.

  • Proficiency in using project management and site management software.
