Electrical Site Manager

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Electrical Site Manager to oversee the installation and management of electrical distribution networks. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the successful execution of electrical distribution projects from inception to completion, working closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Manage and supervise all aspects of electrical distribution network installation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.


• Compliance: Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain compliance.


• Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate electrical teams and subcontractors on-site. Provide direction, support, and training to ensure efficient and safe operations.


• Planning and Coordination: Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocation for electrical distribution network installations. Collaborate with other site managers and project teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.


• Problem-Solving: Identify and address any issues or challenges related to electrical installations. Implement effective solutions to maintain project progress and quality.


• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of all electrical work, including inspections, testing, and any modifications. Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Education: Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.


• Experience: Demonstrated experience as an Electrical Site Manager or similar role within electrical distribution network projects. Experience managing large-scale installations is preferred.


• Certifications: Relevant Electrical Certifications (e.g., ECS, NICEIC, etc.) and thorough knowledge of electrical codes and standards.


• Skills: Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.


• Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of electrical distribution networks, including design, installation, and maintenance.


• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with teams, clients, and stakeholders
