Electrical Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Electrical Site Manager to manage electrical operations on commercial construction sites. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, commercial project management, and the ability to oversee a team of electricians while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day electrical operations on commercial construction sites.


• Coordinate and supervise electrical teams, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.


• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards on-site.


• Liaise with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.


• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and provide updates on project status.


• Review and interpret electrical designs and schematics.


• Ensure proper material handling, procurement, and site storage.


• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure adherence to electrical codes and safety standards.


• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for electrical systems as required.


• Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports and safety audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Gold ECS card


• SSSTS / SMSTS


• Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager, Site Supervisor, or similar role in commercial projects.


• Strong knowledge of electrical installations, systems, and industry codes.


• Excellent project management and organizational skills.


• Strong leadership and team management abilities.


• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.


• In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.


• Experience working with large commercial projects and contractors.


• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
