Your role
You'll be working across a large healthcare estate in Birmingham. You'll have responsibility for leading a team of dedicated maintenance engineers covering building services & facilities maintenance. You'll also ensure a compliant and effective service is delivered at all times.
This role is covering a large static estate in Birmingham.

You will be required to work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern. 2 days, 2 nights 4 off 7-7.

About you

• An Electrical engineering qualification - Level 3 equivalent or higher
• Previous experience of supervising multi skilled maintenance engineers - This role would suit a Lead Engineer, Senior Engineer, Maintenance Team Leader Or Maintenance Supervisor.
• You'll also have experience of managing both planned and reactive maintenance schedules
• The successful applicant will be required to go through full DBS vetting due to the nature of the estate that you will be covering.
• Comfortable and available to work a 4 on 4 off days and nights shift pattern

Having experience of working within the healthcare industry is highly advantageous for this role.
