Electrical Supervisor - Fast-Expanding Company

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our clients fast-growing company. They are a dynamic and forward-thinking business in Portsmouth, with a full order book and a commitment to delivering high-quality electrical solutions to their industrial clients.

As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing teams of 2-10 electrical workers on a variety of industrial projects. You will ensure that all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and organising electrical installation projects


• Supervising and managing teams of electrical workers


• Ensuring that all work is carried out safely and in compliance with electrical regulations


• Inspecting and testing electrical installations


• Liaising with clients and project managers


• Ordering and managing materials and equipment


• Must be prepared to work away

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified electrician


• 18th Edition�


• Inspecting and Testing (#####)


• SSSTS or SMSTS


• Proven experience in supervising electrical installation projects


• Strong leadership and management skills


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What we offer:

• Competitive salary of �40,000-�45,000


• Van and fuel card


• Paid overtime at 1.5 times the basic rate


• Hours 8.00am-4.30pm
