Electrical Supervisor

Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established family-run renewables contractor operating within the private sector.

They have a vacancy for an electrical supervisor to cover the North West of England looking after a team of electricians working within domestic properties.

The Role:

• Reporting directly to the Head of Operations


• Supervision and technical support 


• Monitor and manage electricians' daily workload.


• Toolbox talks


• Internal safety auditing


• Ensuring compliance with electrical regulations is adhered to


• Enforcing company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• 2 years minimum experience as an electrical supervisor


• Strong knowledge and experience of renewable systems such as solar PV and Heat Pumps


• 18th Edition


• 2391 or 1394/5 electrical testing and inspection qualifications


• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving


• Full UK Driving Licence

The Package:

• 40 hours per week


• Company van, fuel card, and equipment provided.


• Salary: £37,000 - £45,000 per annum


• 21 days holiday (excl. bank holidays)


• Birthdays given as annual leave


• Pension Scheme
