Electrical Supervisor

We are seeking an Electrical Supervisor with extensive experience in retail fit-outs to oversee and manage all electrical aspects of our projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering high-quality electrical installations on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all electrical works on retail fit-out projects.


• Lead a team of electricians and subcontractors, ensuring high standards of work and safety.


• Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate and timely execution of electrical installations.


• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards on all sites.


• Monitor and manage the progress of electrical work, ensuring it aligns with project timelines and milestones.


• Conduct regular site inspections and report progress to project managers and clients.


• Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting during the installation process.


• Manage material procurement, stock control, and ensure efficient use of resources.


• Maintain and enforce a high standard of health and safety on site.


• Collaborate with other trades and stakeholders to ensure smooth project completion.

Requirements:

• Gold ECS card


• SSSTS / SMSTS


• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, with a strong background in retail fit-outs or similar projects.


• Excellent leadership and communication skills.


• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.


• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and practices.


• Experience in managing a team and coordinating subcontractors.


• Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex electrical issues.


• Strong organizational and time management skills.


• A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
