First People Solutions are working with a leading M&E contractor to recruit an experienced Electrical Supervisor for projects in Scotland. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company with a strong pipeline of work across commercial, educational and industrial sectors.

The Role:

• Oversee and manage electrical installations, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards
• Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and material management
• Work closely with project managers to deliver on time and within budget
• Conduct inspections, testing, and quality assurance checks
• Maintain health & safety protocols on-site

What We're Looking For:

• Experience as an Electrical Supervisor in M&E or construction projects
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and compliance
• SSSTS/SMSTS and 18th Edition certification preferred
• Ability to lead teams and drive project efficiency
• Full UK driving license
