Electrical Technician

An opportunity has arisen for a skilled Service Engineer to join a market leading engineering business within the water industry.

The Engineer will be servicing and supporting a whole range of equipment and machinery across Yorkshire and east midlands. The engineer will be working on a range of instrumentation and control panels.

This role is mainly site based and involves daily travelling and some overnights

Duties include:

•             Carry out electrical installation works to BS7671 or its equivalent.

•             Carry out installation, service, commissioning and repair on LV control panels.

•             Be capable of carrying out mechanical assembly/modifications

•             Routine maintenance

•             Conduct PPMs

•             Basic Microsoft usage

The Engineer will need to hold the following:

•             ECS card

•             Full driving license

•             Electrical bias qualifications

•             Good written and verbal communication skills

•             Good PC literacy

•             Ability to work well with other teams within the company
