Role Outline:

The factory acceptance testing (FAT) of either 11kV GenieEvo switchgear OR Okken LV switchboards. We only require experience of one or the other, not both!

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure the proper functioning of the Equipment manufactured, in compliance with the technical guides and engineering drawings.
• Analyse the Engineering drawings to validate the compliance of the equipment.
• Conduct final inspection & control testing of the assembled Switchboards (including automation, supervision, remote networking).
• Prepare and perform Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) with the customer and write the FAT test report.
• Ensure the closing of detected issues (snag list) with the Project Manager.
• Analyse the malfunctioning of equipment and report it to the concerned department.

Essential Skills:

• 11kV GenieEvo switchgear FAT experience OR Okken LV switchboard FAT experience.
• Medium voltage primary switchgear switchboard test / diagnosis.
• Perform FAT with the client.
• Test protection relay devices: ideal experience with P3 / P5 relays (minimum SEPAM or MICOM).
• Minimum Electrician level 3 NVQ or equivalent.
