Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Tester to join our team in Salford. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting electrical testing and inspections across various apartments, ensuring that all electrical systems meet the necessary safety and regulatory standards. This is a full-time position offering a competitive hourly rate of �26, with stable, long-term work.

Duties

• Perform electrical testing and inspections in residential apartments.


• Ensure all electrical systems comply with safety standards and regulations.


• Conduct periodic checks and record test results accurately.


• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults as needed.


• Produce detailed reports on testing procedures and results.


• Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution.


• Maintain accurate records of inspections and any corrective actions taken.


• Adhere to safety regulations and best practices while on site.


• Work efficiently to complete testing on time and to a high standard.

Requirements

• ECS Gold Card�(Essential)


• Must have own�calibrated test kits


• In-depth knowledge of electrical testing and safety regulations.


• Proven experience in electrical inspections and fault-finding.


• Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce thorough test reports.


• Familiarity with the latest testing equipment and tools.


• Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly in identifying and rectifying electrical faults.


• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.


• Previous experience in residential testing is highly desirable.
