Electrical Wholesale Branch Manager

MUST HAVE ELETRICAL WHOLESALE OR MERCHANT SALES EXPERIENCE. ANY CV’S WITHOUT THIS EXPERIENCE WILL BE REJECTED AUTOMATICALLY.

Location: Derby

Pay rate/Salary:  Base Salary 40 to 50k – Bonus Available

Hours of Work: Mon – Fri 

Type: Permanent – Office/Field based

Start Date: Immediately (flexible for notice periods)

My client is a leading Electrical Wholesaler, one of the largest in the UK, they are recruiting for a Branch Manager in the East Midlands.

Responsibilities:
– Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
– Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
– Manage branch operations efficiently, including inventory control and administrative tasks
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
– Build strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business
– Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations
– Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
 
Skills:
– Strong selling skills with a proven track record in sales management
– Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
– Effective time management and organisational abilities
– Proficient in phone etiquette for professional customer interactions
– Demonstrated leadership qualities to inspire and guide the team
– Sound administrative skills for managing branch operations effectively
– Previous experience in Electrical Wholesale essential
