Electrician

Spirehouse are currently recruiting for an Electrician for a temporary contract with a large Housing Association in Nottingham

The Opportunity

Responsive repairs in social housing

The successful candidate will:

• Responsive electrical repairs including out of hours services 


• Design, install, maintain, testing and repair work in social housing


• Provide excellent customer service in occupied properties


• Work alongside other Trades Operatives


• Complete computerised records for testing electrical installations

Further information:

• 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday)


• On call and emergency call outs


• 6 months+


• Day shift: £25.00 per hour via umbrella


• Night shift: £37.51 per hour via umbrella

Requirements:

• Full UK drivers licence 


• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations


• Initial Verification and Certification of Installations
