Electrician required to join a successful building services company on a mobile basis covering contracts in Glasgow and the West. The Electrician will have extensive experience working on commercial projects handling planned and reactive maintenance tasks.

Candidates applying must have their 18th edition qualification and a working background within facilities management, building services or commercial sites.

Electrician Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled and reactive maintenance on electrical systems, this includes lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, and emergency lighting.
• Diagnose and resolve faults, ensuring adherence to the highest health and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records using our advanced computerised maintenance management system.
• Collaborate closely with clients to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
• Continuously provide exceptional service in commercial premises.

Electrician Requirements:

• Recognised apprenticeship SVQ/NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations.
• 18th edition qualification.
• Prior experience in Facilities Management or Building Services.
• Full UK driving license.
