Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled Electrician to join our client (social housing repairs contractor) on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for electrical maintenance and repairs within domestic properties West & South West Londo n

Responsibilities:

• Conduct electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in residential properties.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with regulations.
• Diagnose electrical issues and propose effective solutions.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues & independently to complete tasks within agreed timescales.
• Maintain accurate records of work undertaken.
• You will be required to take part in an on call rota

Requirements:

• Qualified to the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installations or equivalent
• Testing & Inspection qualification - (2391 or 2394/#####)
• Proven experience as an electrician, preferably within social housing or property maintenance
• Full UK driving license.
