Become an integral part of a team responsible for maintaining the electrical infrastructure of our 14,000-acre rural estate, encompassing historic buildings, charming cottages, working farms, and a commercial property portfolio. You will ensure everything runs smoothly and safely at Leconfield Estates, a cornerstone of Petworths and surrounding villages' heritage.
Your Skills:
A minimum of 3 years experience as a qualified electrician
Proficiency in domestic and commercial installations, repairs, and testing
Ability to work independently and collaboratively on varied projects across the estate#
Excellent problem-solving and a can-do attitude
Flexibility for occasional out-of-hours work
Key Responsibilities:
Testing programme and maintaining records register
Rewire of properties undergoing full refurbishments
Routine maintenance, repairs and emergencies
Maintenance and monitoring of alarm systems across the estate
Respond to alarm activations
Meter readings
PAT Testing
What we Offer:
Competitive salary of £35,000 + (negotiable based on experience)
