We currently have 2-3 vacancies for electricians to work with a busy social housing provider around South Edinburgh and Midlothian. They are currently expanding the team leading to these 2-3 long term positions.
Suitable candidates must have SJIB card 18th Edition testing and inspection and a full drivers licence.
The hours of work are Monday - Thursday 8 am - 4.30pm and 2.30pm finish on Friday totaling 38 hours per week.
The roles will involve:
working with void properties team, ensuring properties are up to standard for renting.
testing fire alarms
reactive repairs
kitchen and bathroom upgrades
These positions are long term positions and are expected to last 1 year +, due to the positions being longer term the rate is £22.50 per hour CIS.
