We have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, organised, and qualified electrician to join our rapidly growing property management team, part of Perfect Group.
Job Description
Perfect Property Maintenance is seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing various electrical projects, ensuring their successful completion within established timelines and budgetary constraints. You will also be expected to provide guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to fellow electricians and apprentices.
The ideal candidate will have experience of growing their own client base, a great team player with a can-do attitude and understands the importance of customer service excellence. You will be smart when customer facing as you will be representing Perfect Group. Shirt, jumper and jacket will be provided along with the use of a company van, fuel cards and tools provided. All jobs are organised and booked in-house by our fully staffed office team and uploaded to our job management software where you will get a detailed description of the work required and necessary instructions.
Responsibilities:
Help grow a team of electricians to ensure efficient and quality workmanship
Take charge of electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance projects
Provide technical guidance and expertise to team members, assisting them in troubleshooting and problem-solving
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, industry standards, and local electrical codes
Responsible for uploading receipts and keeping track of expenses
Collaborate with the office manager, clients, and contractors to ensure effective communication and successful project delivery
Train and mentor junior electricians to enhance their technical skills and knowledge
Lead by example, promoting a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Keep on top of bookings and update job notes accordingly
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and technical diagrams
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to safely operate electrical tools and equipment
Physical fitness and stamina to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and climbing
NVQ3 Qualification within the Electrical Industry is a must, – proof will be required
Valid driver's license

Pay: £36,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
