Temporary housing, offices, commercial buildings, libraries, museums, parks, car parks, public toilets etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out Planned and Reactive Maintenance tasks including PAT, Electrical Condition Reports (fixed wiring), Emergency Lighting testing and Fire Alarm Testing


• Involvement in maintenance of UPS, Generators and servicing including load tests


• Electrical test and inspection.


• Full domestic electrical rewiring.


• Electrical installation to kitchens and bathrooms.


• Electrical installation of domestic heating system.


• Diagnosing jobs thoroughly, identifying necessary materials, and coordinating with other trades for project completion.

Skills and Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent (Preferred).


• 18th Edition qualification (Desirable).


• 2391 or equivalent in Inspecting and Testing (Essential).


• PASMA/IPAF (Preferred)


• Working Knowledge of Mechanical Systems


• Working knowledge of Legionella


• Minimum of 3 years' experience working in an electrical maintenance/building environment.
