Electrician Lisburn Temporary The Client: Local Public body based in Lisburn, serving local residents. The Role: As a member of the Operational Services Team the postholder will be required to: Be responsible for the installation of all new electrical works and also the modification and maintenance of existing installations and electrical equipment including the testing of all portable appliances located throughout all council properties including rural outbuildings At all times carrying out the duties and responsibilities of the post in compliance with current edition of the IEE regulations, council policies and council Health & Safety policies and procedures The post holder will assume other delegated duties appropriate to the post reasonably assigned by management Hours of work: 37hrs per week Requirements: It is essential that applicants have a minimum of: City & Guilds 236 parts 1 & 2 or NVQ Level 3 Electrical and current IEE regulations (17th Edition) Hold an Electrical CSR card 3 years post apprentice experience Where applicants do not hold the qualifications as outlined in 1 & 2 above, they must demonstrate a minimum of five years' experience as outlined in 3 above Desirable criteria: Hold a current JIB approved electrician certificate Rate of Pay: £17.59 per hour Why use Staffline?
