Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure properties remain safe and functional for tenants.
• Perform routine maintenance
• Respond to repair requests
• Conduct inspections
• Ensure properties meet all safety standards.

Requirements:

• Valid UK driving license
• 18th Edition
• NVQ L3 or equivalent
• #####
• UKATA Asbestos Awareness certificate is an advantage
