Electrician

Electrician required for our client, an electrical contractor that specialises in the design, installation, and maintenance of power and lighting equipment within the commercial and industrial sector.

This opportunity will be paying JIB rates (�16.84ph to �20.80ph - depending on grading), with 30 days holiday (including bank holidays), all travel/accommodation paid for, and will involve carrying out installations of LV distribution systems, lighting systems, routine maintenance, and periodic inspections/remedial works on sites within the food and beverage industry.

Our client currently works on sites across the UK, so the ability to travel and stay away is essential for the role, and there will also be the opportunity to travel worldwide with the company, to locations across the USA, Canada, Europe, and Dubai.

Electrician Job Requirements

• Fully Qualified Electrician - Holding Electrical NVQ Level 3
• 18th Edition, 2391 Test & Inspect (or equivalent) - Essential
• ECS Gold/Black Card, IPAF, PASMA, Confined Spaces - Desirable
• Comfortable travelling nationwide and staying away
• Full UK driving licence
• Based within a commutable distance of Heywood, Lancashire

Electrician Salary & Benefits

• JIB Rates - �16.84 to �20.80 (depending on grade/experience)
• 40 hours per week
• 30 days holiday, including bank holidays (rising with tenure)
• All travel paid, including accommodation where necessary
• �40 per night meal allowance when staying away
• Overtime available
